Finding Time For Art

Sept Art Journal

This spread in my art journal is pretty simple. I kept trying to get some time to work in my journal this day but everytime I had just loaded some paint on a paintbrush or just got the gel medium spread my 7yo would be at my elbow needing something. It was just one of those days.

Honey, I feel ya ...
I thought I'd be all up in it once the kids were back in school, and really I seem to have LESS art time, not more. How you do it with kids whose school IS home, well - I just don't know, but more power to ya!

LK, gel medium is an adhesive used for collage. Golden is a popular brand and if you google Golden Gel Medium you'll find everything you need to know about gel medium.
